How do you determine the selling price of my house?  
The price is determined by combining 4 factors:
1. How much the last homes sold in your neighborhood.
2. How much your neighbors are selling their houses for.
3. Market absorption rate.
4. Condition and upgrades of the property.

How long will it take to sell it?
It depends on several factors including the market condition, interest rate, geographic location, price range and the condition of the house.

What are the fee involved in selling the house?
It includes the sales commission plus approximately 1-2% of the sales price for closing cost for escrow fee, title insurance, city and county transfer tax, HOA transfer fee, hazardous report, termite repair, home warranty, grand deed recording fee, property tax and other liens on the property.
