New builders offer commission to real estate agent who introduce their clients to their developments. Since the purchase price is mostly fixed on brand new homes, the benefit and price you receive will be the same whether you purchase directly with the builder or me.

Please inform the builder that you are referred by your agent and do not wish to register until you are ready to make a purchase.
